Because the precision and repeatability of each bend are directly related to the thickness of the material, with the TMS, the thickness is updated at every part instantly on the controller with 0.0005'' of tolerance.

With the DSS, the robot will ensure no sheets are stuck together. If two sheets are stuck together, the robot will automatically remove one sheet and restack it to be able to bend only one part at a time and avoid an error.
